Dr. Catalano is a functional/holistic medicine practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. He is passionate about educating people on diet and lifestyle changes that can impact health and chronic illness. He is a 1987 graduate of New York Chiropractic College. In 1991 he completed a 3 year post-graduate program by the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians. He has trained with IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine), and ICIM (International College of Integrative Medicine), The Kalish Institute, and The Kresser Institute. He is one of only twelve practitioners certified as an Advanced Well Guard Practitioner by ELISA/ACT Biotechnologies and PERQUE Integrative Health.
He is currently in training with the first PERQUE Integrative Health Academy for advanced functional/holistic practitioners, taught by Russell M. Jaffe, MD, PhD, CCN. He is a clinical consultant for DZUGAN Physiologic which provides integrative medical services world-wide. He works closely with world renowned expert, Sergey Dzugan, MD, PhD. Dr. Catalano is a Clinical Liaison and Speaker for ELISA/ACT Biotechnologies and PERQUE Integrative and a professional member of the Age Management Medicine Group, The Evolution of Medicine, Alliance of NJ Chiropractors, and the Nutrition Education Council. Most recently, a founding member of the first New Jersey Chapter of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce, and named as a Top Doctor by NJ Top Docs. He is the Health and Nutrition consultant for BONO USA Inc. maker of some of the world’s finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
