Symptoms: Your Body’s “Check Engine” Light

Not feeling like yourself lately? Don't ignore those symptoms like digestive upset, skin issues, and poor sleep. No matter what anyone else tells you the symptoms aren't normal. In fact, they're your body's check engine light, so don't ignore them.

When people start to feel rundown, they usually begin to make justifications in their minds, which explains why they feel this way. They may say things to themselves like I'm stressed, or it's because I'm getting older, or even my parents were like this at my age.

These are all factors that will play a small role in your energy levels over time when you're feeling tired regularly and dealing with annoying symptoms like brain fog, joint pain, and unexplained weight gain.

You can be sure that these are warning signs that go deeper. So you can think these symptoms are the tip of the iceberg. And we all know that the tip is just a hint for much more ice hiding below.

It is also true of chronic illness. When it comes to chronic illnesses, the signs that trouble is brewing can be more subtle, unlike sudden acute illnesses like a car accident or a virus. Chronic illnesses can creep upon us.

These symptoms are the check engine light alerting you that something is going on, and can be symptoms of so many different imbalances from hormonal issues, insulin issues, stress hormones, sex hormones, food intolerances, toxic overload, and compromised liver to name a few.
